Sales Shaman Pro · Contact book

Five objects. One repo. No seat per person.

Most houses need company, contact, deal, task, note. Stages they actually use. For that they pay a vendor as if it were an operating system. The prompts sit here. The gym stays Pro. Two things, not one monster.

Where your own book goes

An internal CRM on your server is boring. That is the quality. List, search, one record, import. Hostinger or a VPS you already pay. No seat that grows with every hire.

Three prompts do not replace an enterprise thicket. They replace what juniors actually touch in week two. CPQ, group SSO, two hundred objects: stay where it hurts until someone cries.

We do not sell the CRM here. We sell the split. Practice in the gym. Store in the book. Stuff both into Salesforce and you pay seats and still practise on the market.

Prompt · core

Cursor

Build a small internal CRM.

Tables: company, contact, deal, task, note. Deal has stages we define. List, search, one record page, CSV import. No Salesforce. Host on our own server. German and English UI. No income claims in the copy.

The four steps

  • 1. Five objects

Write down what you actually touch. Everything else stays out.

  • 2. Core in Cursor

Local repo. A database you own. The prompt sits above and on the Pro hub.

  • 3. CSV from the old one

Contacts, open deals, last note. Dry-run. Then cancel the seats that were only there to look things up.

  • 4. Do not put the call in the book

The gym trains. The book stores. Link from the record to the Pro gym. Do not turn the book into a school.

What this is not

  • Not a finished CRM for rent.
  • Not a Salesforce clone and not AppExchange.
  • Not a guarantee that your group will accept it.

Questions on the contact book

Will you build the CRM for us
If you want that in the briefing, yes, as a local repo. Most houses take the prompts and a developer they already have.
Where do the data sit
With you. That is the point. Tenant gym and book can share a host. They stay two systems.
What about mobile and offline
Core in the browser first. Mobile later. Offline is not a reason to keep paying seats.
What does the book cost
Hosting you know. Hours in the repo. No seat licence from us. The gym has its own price after briefing.

Own the book. Do not rent the call.

You can take the prompts today. The gym in your colours comes after the briefing. Together that is Pro.

Own the book. Do not rent the call.
