The marketing site is hosted by HOSTINGER, UAB, Švitrigailos str. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, Lithuania. Server location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Server logs (page, time, abbreviated IP, browser) are stored by the host for operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you book, we process your name, email, billing address, optional company name and VAT ID, format, track choice, and notes in order to conclude and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card data never touches this website. Stripe issues the invoice (Rechnung). Stripe’s role as processor / independent controller is described in Stripe’s own terms.

Confirmation and invoice emails are sent via Resend (or Stripe’s invoice email) to the address you give.

If you write via the intake form without paying, your message is sent by email to the organizer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. A message to the imprint email is enough. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for a German organizer, the Saxon Commissioner for Data Protection is typically competent; confirm with the live imprint.
