Sales Shaman Pro · Academy
The academy takes five thousand. The seat stays.
L&D sends the new hire to six weeks of Zoom. A certificate. Then they sit next to the buddy. The call is real. The slide was expensive. The name is gone. Pro puts the first call on your file before anyone books an academy.

What the academy sells the house
A sales academy sells attendance. Six weeks, recorded, a sheet nobody checks. Purchasing sees scale. L&D sees proof. The new hire sees lines the market already knows.
The house pays five thousand or more, often per head, often plus travel. The apparatus stays. The seat stays. The buddy still takes them onto the live list, because that is what onboarding looks like.
The vision is not a second seminar. The new hire holds against your file, in your colours, at your price. The academy may stay compliance. The call belongs in the house.
What five thousand buys
A week of Zoom, or six. A trainer you do not know. A list of objection, price, close. The new hire can recite the list. On Monday someone who has seen you twice is on the line. The list does not help.
The money goes to attendance. To the certificate. To the slide that is the same in twelve countries. It does not go to stance in minute four. So the new hire comes back and still practises on a live name.
We name no academy. You know the shape. Chamber course, house academy, the expensive online class. Same invoice: watching, then the market.
Why L&D still books it
L&D has to buy something that can be shown. Headcount. Completion. A logo on the slide. An in-house academy does the same. The call does not. The call has no tick.
The manager sees the line and nods. Training happened. The SDR burns the second contact. Both truths sit side by side. Only one leaves the house as money.
This is not a charge against people who can run a seminar. It is the price. You pay for watching and call it sales training. The apparatus stays large. The new hire stays raw.
Academy and LMS are siblings
The LMS stores modules. The academy supplies the modules. Both measure ticks. Both let the buddy onto the list. Stack both and you have two invoices and the same drop.
Pro does not stack that. One file. One opponent. One fail line. The board shows who held. No certificate. A stance the manager can read before the market sees it.
The academy may stay where it belongs: safety, the car park, the video you actually need. The call does not belong there.
What the house needs instead
A path before the list. Onboarding on your first file. SDR against your desk. Closer against your price. Same laws as the public gym. Your voices.
Few seats for those who hold or decide. No layer that explains without bringing money in. That sits under the apparatus page. The click beside it, if the finger is missing.
Amsterdam stays the weekend for teams. That is a seminar, not an academy. Three days of stance. No recorded Zoom. Pro is the operation after.
Monday after the academy
Meridian sends three new hires to the academy. Six weeks. All pass. Monday the list. One still apologises. One names the price in minute two. One scored 94 on the quiz and hangs up the moment the desk asks a question.
Controlling says: training is done. L&D says: the rate was good. The sales lead says: who may dial. All three. The second contact is gone in twelve minutes.
Pro would have put the three against the model first. Sample. Invented. You know the shape if the academy invoice already cleared and the call is still raw.
Sample · L&D, after kickoff
L&D, inside
They all passed.
Three certificates on the desk. Monday three go on the list. The desk hangs up. L&D shows the completion rate. Pro would have swapped that rate for a held minute.
What you buy instead of the academy
The call before the slide
Onboarding, SDR, closer in your CI. The new hire holds before anyone wires five thousand for watching.
The page for purchasing
This one. Lay it next to the academy invoice. No cloud deck.
The seminar if you want the room
Field Camp Amsterdam. Three days. Not a stand-in for the operation. Two products. Same book.
What this is not
- No hate for trainers who can hold a seminar.
- No income promise if you cancel the academy.
- No public gym as a job ticket. The firm gives the job.
- No Zoom with a certificate under our name.
Questions about the academy
- Does Pro replace every sales academy
- Pro replaces practice on a live name. Compliance and the safety video stay where they belong. The call does not.
- Is this cheaper than five thousand
- After the briefing. Setup on your files. Seats after. No list price on this page until a first house stands.
- How is this different from Field Camp
- Field Camp is the weekend in Amsterdam. Pro is the operation after. The academy is usually watching. Three different invoices.
- May we keep the academy
- Yes, if it is not meant to replace the call. Paying both for the same sentence is stacking.
- Who sets the slot
- The shaman. Two times. No mail app that opens and sets nothing.
Let the slide be a slide. Bring the call into the house.
The academy happened. The name is still gone. Briefing if the manager wants to see the two invoices. Then the pack.
